      Returns
      Lavender Blue regrets we cannot fund the cost of returns, unless the item being returned was delivered to you in a faulty condition.  Please see our Returns Policy for further details.

      We hope you are delighted with your purchase(s) from Lavender Blue. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, using the return form enclosed with your order and indicating your reason for the return. We regret that items returned outside this timeframe cannot be accepted, except under exceptional circumstances and by prior agreement.

      We will be happy to exchange your item, or issue a refund, provided the return meets our acceptance criteria.  We regret that we cannot refund return postage costs, unless the item(s) delivered to you were faulty on arrival. All items are checked before despatch to you. 

      All returned items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging.  Proof of payment is also required.

      It is your responsibility to ensure all items are packaged securely.  We recommend proof of postage is obtained as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post or not delivered for any other reason.

      All goods will be inspected on return, and if returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, but we will not do so unreasonably.

      For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of pierced jewellery.

      CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO A LAVENDER BLUE STORE?

      Yes, you may return your order to our Winchcombe store in person or by post within 14 days. You can return your order by post by downloading our returns form here and sending this back to us with your goods.

      EXCHANGES

      If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this on your returns paperwork.  All exchanges are subject to stock availability.   

      If you need to contact Lavender Blue directly, please email sales.lavenderblue@gmail.com including your contact ‘phone number and a member of staff will call you back within 24 hours.

      FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

      If you receive faulty goods, please complete the returns paperwork, stating your reason for return, and send it to the address provided on the return form. If you wish to discuss your faulty goods, please email sales.lavenderblue@gmail.com and a member of staff will call you within 24 hours.

      LATE RETURNS

      Items returned outside the 14 day return period will not be accepted and may be returned to you, unless returned outside this timeframe by prior arrangement.

      WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

      Your refund will be processed within two working days of your returned item having been received by Lavender Blue, providing the returned items meet the criteria for acceptance.

      GIFT VOUCHERS

      Lavender Blue gift vouchers are non-returnable, but are valid indefinitely.

      CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS FOR ON LINE SALES

      Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

      You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, excluding postage costs, within 14 days of placement of your order.  You have 14 days within which to return your cancelled order to us.  All goods must be in their original packaging and in an unworn condition, and suitable for re-sale.  Proof of payment is required.

      INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

      The same terms apply to international customer purchases.
